A little about my pictures...

I just want to say thank you to everyone who visits my blog and those who comment. Luv ya all!
I've had several people ask me what cameras and equipment I use so I thought I'd let you all know.
I use a Canon 5D for 90% of my images and sometimes my 30D. Right now I'm only using primes and have the 35mm 2.0, 50mm 1.4 and 85mm 1.8. Right now I'm using my 85mm most of the time since I need to send my 50mm in to get serviced.
I use only natural light at this point and I love it. :-)

day 21...I was a slacker

I know...I missed yesterday. Hey what can I say, but I was super-d-duper busy. :)

So here's one of Bella Baby in her pretty coat that her Geema got her.

day 19...Bella after a nap

She was still bleary eyed and wanted to cuddle under mommy's covers and watch PBS Kids.
She doesn't have a long attention span when it comes to TV and that's fine with me. But she'll watch for a few minutes at a time, especially when there are animals on the show, lol.

*Ok, added one that I took earlier in the day. This is what I get pictures of unless I can find a way to confine her, lol. She's a busy girl.

day 18...An old one

I didn't take pictures of anything but Belle's outgrown clothes today so I'll dig up an old one. This is Garrett walking down our driveway in a rain shower last summer. :)

When I see how much of a little man he's turning into I'm amazed. He's loosing that "little boy" look and turning into a big guy. He'll always be my little boy, but he's growing up fast.

Belle had some fun trying on hats this morning and I had fun taking pictures of my little cutie. Wow...I think this is the earliest I've posted in a while. Hmmm...I may add more later.

day 15...their first snowman

Isn't he cute?! And Chris really isn't getting ready to stab him, lol. He was shaking the snowman's hand when his arm came off and of course Chris thought that was too funny. :-)

day 13...Emma

For those of you that don't know, we have a sweet baby girl in heaven. Emma Rose would have been 3 years old today. She died because of a cord knot just 2 weeks before her due date. And while loosing our little girl was the hardest thing we've ever been through, we have been blessed in so many ways because of her.

We love you Emma.

Ok...so it's another one that I shot a while ago. The weather here has been AWFUL and I just cleaned out my attic. So no new pictures today. I promise I'll take one tomorrow, bad weather or not.

It's been sooo dark and dreary here lately that the pictures have been few. I did take a few of Belle in her new outfit from my fave place to shop for my kiddos.

day 5...Bella's bad habit

And a silly face from Chris. So Bella has started climbing on the table. All the time. This morning she decided to bring "Melmo" along on a tabletop adventure to try to open the syrup bottle. Their plan was foiled when I found them like this.

day 4...boring pictures...I was busy

Just some quick shots of the sky this evening, I was too busy to get that creative. Been putting all of Belle's spring clothes from last year on ebay. If you're looking for girls clothes size 6-18 months feel free to browse. My Listings

Gosh it was cold out today-and windy! No more of those nice 60 degree days for us. I was loving the heating bills we've had so far this winter, lol. Oh well, we did have a nice sunset. I love living in an area where I can watch the sun set from my front porch, gosh I'll miss that if we move.

It rained all day today and the boys were pretty disappointed. It was their last day before school starts again and they were hoping to go outside and play one more time.
Chris was staring out the window here...I think he was waiting for the rain to stop.

I decided to join the crowd and see if I can take at least one photo a day. I started a little late, but hey...better late then never! :-)

So here's yesterday's photo..( I'll post todays in a bit ). Damian was sanding a table that my grandma gave us, just getting it ready to refinish. Well, when the boys spotted the wood dust, they begged to play in it with their cars, lol. This is just a quick snap of them having a great time with the dust. Boys, lol.

One I dug up from June or July. I had fun going through old folders and editing images that I never got around to working on. This was with my 10D and my first 50mm 1.8 (that I broke). That was a good little camera!
