Hee hee

Not a perfect picture, but I still love it!

Springtime tradition

What would spring and summer be without blowing dandelions?

My sweet little Chris

I took this one a few days ago in the early evening. ISO 100, ss 1/500, f/1.8

A little boy's laugh

Here's one of Garrett in black and white. I'm still trying to get the black and white that I want, but I'm getting closer. I really like the strong, grainy black white that resembles film so that's what I'm aiming for.

Garrett was playing in the field here at sunset and I said something that made him burst into laughter. Can't quite remember what I said, but it must have been funny! lol.

My favorite picture of Bella

I just love this one.

Easter

Here's a few from Easter. We had so much trouble trying to get Belle to look anywhere near the camera. She wanted to play with the flower petals or stare at the grass, ect.

Christian showing me the flowers just before the storms hit this evening. What a storm that was too! We had hail that was at least golf ball size and it lasted for quite a while. I hope the van didn't get too dinged up, I'll have to check it tomorrow when the light is better. Anyway, all is quiet now.
I finally started my spring cleaning and does the house ever need it! I really neglected the house while we were all sick and now I have to play catch up plus do my deep spring cleaning. FUN! jk

This is one of my little Bella that I took yesterday. ISO 200, ss 1/350, f2.8

More pictures...

Adding a couple pictures of my oldest, Garrett. He's usually more willing to be photographed then Christian is, but he's still a busy little man.

Gorgeous week!

The weather here has been unbelievable this last week! High's in the 70's and 80's and sunshine nearly everyday. The boys have been outside all day everyday and just in time too. They were so full of pent up energy after being stuck in the house all winter, but wow, are they sleeping good now! lol.

Belle is enjoying the nice weather as well, though she is a bit worried about crawling on the grass. I think she's a bit put off by the new texture. It does make it easy for me to bring her outside with me-I just put her on a big blanket with some toys and work in my gardens. She rarely tries to venture off the blanket and if she does she goes right back.

I've been having LOTS of fun with my new Canon 10D and lens ( 1.8 50mm), so be prepared for loads of pictures! ;) The one above is of my ever elusive Christian-this boy is HARD to catch with a camera.
