I had to get one of Bella in the field outside of our house before it got too cold. She thought the grass was a bit odd and didn't want to move...made getting a picture very easy, lol!

Our little doll baby took her time, but at nearly 17 months she's walking!
And she loves her petticoat...she just walked and walked in it. I think she liked the way it swished. Yeah, I have a girly girl. ;-)

I bought this beautiful petticoat from Michelle W. at What Little Girls Are Made Of and it is TDF!

He learned how to make paper airplanes today. :-) And pomptly shot one straight into his sister's eye. So I sent him outside with his new found skill, lol.

Garrett just blows me away sometimes with his gentle, caring heart. He and I were talking yesterday about school and his classmates. He was telling me about going to recess and told me that "there is a boy who walks kinda slow with his head down when are all running". I was getting ready to respond with some wise mommy words when he said..."Mommy, tomorrow I am gong to walk slow with him and talk to him so he won't be so shy". I literally choked up. I am beyond proud of my little man with his big heart.

Today as I was waiting in line to pick up his brother from Kindergarten I watched Garrett's class go to recess like I do everyday. And sure enough there was Garrett walking slow with a little boy with glasses while everyone else ran to the playground. Except the little boy didn't have his head down this time, he was smiling and talking with my Garrett. God sure has blessed me with a sensitive and sweet boy. Gosh, I love him.

What a weekend!

I was in Chicago over the weekend of Audrey W.'s workshop and had a great time! I learned a lot and met so many great photographers. If any of you lovely ladies are reading this hi! *wave*

Audrey's loft was wonderful-the lighting in there was TDF...that'll be me...someday. :)

I'll post a few pics that I got while I was there, we had gorgeous models to practice on.
