Trying to prepare for school
I've neglected updating here, I know, lol. I've just been so busy that I'm just now getting to it.
The boys start school a week from today. I'm trying to get them to go to bed earlier so that they're used to the school schedule, but it's not been easy. I put them to bed and within minutes we here thumps and giggles from their bedroom. It's hard for me to get upset with them becuase I remember doing the exact same thing with my sister. And of course as soon as they hear mine or Damian's footsteps coming up the stairs...it's quiet as can be. Lol! And when we peek in on them, they are so good at faking they're asleep...well Chris does crack the occasional grin and if we stare at him long enough he bursts into giggles. Little goofs!
Here's a couple of pictures that are a few weeks old, but I like them.

Lol, hey good to hear from you again on here. Yeah, we start school on the 16th too. And I did the bed thing too! I'd run across the floor to Esther's bed and we'd giggle and stuff. Then we'd hear Dad coming and I'd dash back across and we'd fake sleep. But I always had to cover my mouth (especially with Mom) b/c I'd start smiling and giggling too!
My boys (and girl) do the bed thing too. Every single night, I have to hollar up the stairs to "gently" remind them that they are supposed to be going to sleep. My boys are now 9 and 10 (almost 10 and 11), so now instead of playing, they're telling jokes and stories at night. My daughter, on the other hand, is up playing with her dolls.
Wow, that closeup is really amazing. His eyes just pierce you!! Greta shot and very handsome boys as well!
