Can you satisfy my curiosity... is the blurring in the background strictly from the camera or do you do a blurring technique in PS? I want the look in my photos but can't get it with my camera. Any advice would be so appreciated.
I must say-he would make a very good Ronald Weasly. ;) Too cute!
